Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At De Aura Vibes, we value customer satisfaction. While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to provide product exchanges or store credit (voucher) under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items must be returned within 3-4 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt/invoice must be included with the return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
2. Exchange Policy
- Customers may exchange the returned item with another product of equal or higher value (with the difference to be paid), not allowed returned in cash.
- Only one-time exchange is allowed per transaction.
3. Store Credit (Voucher)
- If you do not wish to exchange your item immediately, you will receive a store credit voucher equivalent to the value of your returned item (excluding shipping fees).
- Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on our online store.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
4. Non-Returnable & Non Refundable Items
- Goods that are personalised, custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Custom-made or personalised items are strictly non-refundable unless proven defective.
5. Shipping Terms
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Local delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, while international delivery may take 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Responsibility: Karyaneka is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Store Pick-Up Orders
- Customers who choose Store Pick-Up (if offered during checkout) must select their preferred day and time for collection when placing the order.
- Orders will be prepared and ready for collection according to the selected date and time stated in the “Ready for Collection” notification.
- Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled without refund, and store credit may be issued at our own discretion.
- Collection can only be made by the customer or an authorised representative with proof of purchase and identification.
- Please inspect your items upon collection. Any issues must be reported immediately at the store — post-collection claims will follow the standard return & exchange process stated above.
7. Return Shipping & Tracking
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service so you can check the status of your return.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost before they reach us.
- Responsibility is only assumed once the returned parcel is received at our return address.
- If your parcel is lost en route, you will need to make a claim directly with your postal or courier service provider.
